Coffee Beans
Roasted fresh at Draak Espresso, our beans are single origin, and single estate coffee beans. We source our green coffee beans from a single estate farm in Chikmagaluru in the Western Ghats of India. We only source premium grade AAA Arabica beans as these beans are larger in size, with fewer defects, which ensures a richer and more complex flavour profile. These beans are then roasted to a singular dark profile that is a bold, intense flavour profile characterised by low acidity, a full body, and pronounced notes of dark chocolate, nuts, and spices
